White Glove Delivery Service is available within our Standard Service Area for a flat rate of $199 and can be selected at checkout.
If they have selected our White Glove Service, They will receive an email where they can schedule their delivery on the day of their choice, as well as their preferred 3-hour delivery window. If their plans change, the VR team can inform customer to email Auberge so that a reschedule link can be provided.
White Glove Service includes delivery into the room of choice by professional uniformed delivery personnel and includes unboxing, assembly, and removal of debris.
On their delivery day, they will receive text message updates and a link to a live view of their delivery truck's location and ETA.
Unfortunately, White Glove Service outside of our Standard Service Area is not available at this time.
