Steps and Process when customer received a wrong item/Item has Missing Piece

What we need to advise is the following:

 

1. We will create a new shipment for the missing piece

2. We will schedule a pickup for the wrong item (unfortunately, this does require a separate pickup from the delivery as these are different teams that handle returns)

 

3. We will request GoBolt to credit us for both the re-delivery and return pickup

 

Create a ticket in Noysi tag Jeffrey and Bena - provide the order number, full name and address and the concern if it's a missing piece or a wrong item.
