We offer our customers the option to hold shipments for up to 30 days at no extra charge.
For customers located within our Standard Service Area, simply schedule your delivery using the link provided in the email you will receive when your order is ready for fulfillment. You can choose the delivery date that works best for you.
For customers in the Extended Service Area, please contact us through our contact form. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the desired date for us to release your order for shipping. This request should be made immediately after placing your order. Please note that shipping to the Extended Service Area takes approximately 1-2 weeks beyond the requested date, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to hold your shipment for more than 30 days, we can accommodate this, but a daily storage fee of $3.00 will apply. Additionally, orders canceled after being held for longer than 30 days will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Note: Items that ship parcel will be automatically fulfilled, and is not possible to delay shipment.
