If the customer lives within our Standard Service Area and selects Free Shipping at checkout, they will receive an email where they can schedule their delivery on the day of their choice and their preferred 3-hour delivery window. If their plans change, they can reschedule their delivery up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date via the same link provided to them via email.
On their delivery day, they will receive text message updates and a link to a live view of their delivery truck's location and ETA.
Threshold delivery includes the item(s) being brought to the first dry area, such as a covered porch (maximum 6 stairs), garage, or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.
Note: With our Enhanced Threshold Delivery service, our carriers will not bring their items into their home (except a garage) or up an elevator to your unit (UPDATE!!!!! Enhanced Threshold Delivery has now a $99 fee). We recommend having two people available on the delivery day to move their items inside. Alternatively, They may select our White Glove Delivery option for an upcharge if they want their items brought into their home and set up in a room of choice.
