If order arrives damaged in any way, kindly email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If you are aware of how the damage occurred (ex. by the delivery driver) kindly include a brief explanation. If you are not sure how the damage occurred then kindly state that in your email. Our customer service team will happily work with you to make it right.
Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
In the event of a damage claim, Auberge Designs reserves the right to arrange a repair, provide local repair reimbursement, offer replacement parts, give a blemish discount, or in necessary cases, a complete replacement at our discretion.
These items are sold as new in the box. If they arrive damaged, we would still offer a damaged credit or replacement unit if required.
