The customer received a wrong item/Item has Missing Piece

What we need to advise is the following:

1. We will create a new shipment for the missing piece or a new shipment for the Item

2. We will schedule a pickup for the wrong item (unfortunately, this does require a separate pickup from the delivery as these are different teams that handle returns)

Kindly Note: The box must be in good condition because we do not accept returns and exchanges without the original packaging in good condition.

 

Create a ticket in Noysi tag Jeffrey and Bena - include order number, full name and address and the concern if it's a missing piece or a wrong item.
