Process for a return

Once the order has been confirmed as eligible for return and was delivered via GoBolt, the next steps will follow the same process as the original delivery. We will send a booking link via email, allowing the customer to select a preferred pickup date. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant (VA) will email the customer with the return label and detailed return instructions.


However, if the order was delivered by a third-party courier, the VA will still email the customer with the return label and instructions. Please note that this process may take longer, as we will need to coordinate with the third-party courier. Once the courier has confirmed the service and associated costs, they will contact the customer directly to arrange the pickup and return of the item to the warehouse.
