You can cancel an order and receive a full refund or modify it up to three business days prior to shipping. You would be responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs if your order has shipped.
Once your order details have been approved, your order will be submitted to our manufacturer for production, and any modifications, cancellations, or refunds are no longer possible.
Any orders that have not yet been confirmed or approved, or have not yet been scheduled for production can be cancelled. In this case the amount will be refunded in full
When a made-to-order product is ordered, we will arrange to ship fabric sample swatches for confirmation. If a sample swatch has already been ordered, we will ask you to approve the fabric sample swatch along with the particulars of your order. If you decide to cancel order before approving sample swatch a refund will be provided.
