To process this concern or issue kindly send a picture or video to info@aubergedesigns.com to determine what options we can offer (Replacement or Refund). Please dont forget to provide the details along with picture(s), and someone will respond through email as soon as possible.
NOTE: Auberge Designs reserves the right to arrange a repair, provide local repair reimbursement, offer replacement parts, give a blemish discount, or in necessary cases, a complete replacement at our discretion.
