Customer request to Match the Sale Price and refund the difference

 
 
 

If the order has been shipped: VR team creates a ticket, and requests caller to email our back office with the request and details at info@aubergedesigns.com 

NOTE: The price matching window is limited to 2 weeks after fulfillment. Exceptions can be made (Requires Rob's approval) - continue to create ticket



If the order has not been shipped: For orders that have not shipped we can honor price match without any time limitation.
